Yoshiko Clark, 78 of Joplin, Missouri, passed away Sunday June 10, 2012 from a sudden illness.
She was born March 24, 1934 in Nagasaki-Ken, Japan to Tetsue Nakagumi and Kikue Manno, who preceded her in death.
She married Bruce E. Clark on September 24, 1957 in Japan.
Yoshiko was a seamstress by trade most recently working for Miller Manufacturing. She retired in 2002.
She is survived by 1 son, Bruce Clark, Parkville, Missouri; 2 daughters, Kim Clark-Smith, Woodbridge, Virginia; and Cathay Perz, Leawood, Kansas; 3 brothers, Kazumi Nakagumi, Hiroyuki Nakagumi, and Kunihiko Nakagumi and 3 sisters, Hisae Nakagumi, Chieko Nakagumi and Seiko Tajima, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00pm Thursday June 14, 2012 at Mason-Woodard Mortuary Chapel Joplin, Missouri. Inurnment will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
